Returns & Refunds Policy
At Gastronomic Kitchenware Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or experience a problem with your order, please read our returns and refunds policy below.
UK Returns – Change of Mind
If you purchase from us online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise your right to cancel, please email info@gastronomickitchenware.com within 14 days of receiving your order, clearly stating that you wish to cancel your purchase and including your order number.
Once you have notified us, you must return the goods to us within a further 14 days.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Products should be returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.
You may inspect an item in the same way you reasonably could in a shop. We reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from your refund where the value of an item has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we will process any refund due to you.
Where you validly exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods together with the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where required by law.
If you selected an enhanced or more expensive delivery service, the additional delivery cost is not normally refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

Shipping Policy

During busy periods, or for orders placed outside our operating hours, orders may be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

UK Delivery

Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days from dispatch, although we always aim for next-working-day delivery whenever possible.
