CARE & USAGE

To keep your Gastronomic Kitchenware Chef’s Knife performing at its best:

HAND WASH ONLY Wash by hand after use with warm water, mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. Do not place in the dishwasher.

DRY IMMEDIATELY Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth after washing. Do not leave the knife wet or soaking in water.

KEEP IT SHARP Regular honing helps maintain a sharp, precise cutting edge. We recommend the Gastronomic Kitchenware Diamond Honing Rod, available from our store. Alternatively, a suitable sharpening stone can be used when the blade requires sharpening.

USE THE RIGHT SURFACE For best edge retention, use a wooden or quality plastic chopping board. Avoid cutting directly on glass, stone, ceramic or metal surfaces.

STORE SAFELY Store in a knife block, on a magnetic knife strip or with a blade guard. Avoid storing loose in a drawer where the cutting edge can become damaged.

USE AS INTENDED Designed for precision food preparation. Do not use the knife to cut frozen foods, bones or other hard materials, or as a lever or prying tool.

Lifetime Warranty

Crafted for performance. Built to last.

Every Gastronomic Kitchenware Chef’s Knife is backed by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the blade, handle and construction of the knife when used and cared for correctly.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, loss of sharpness, cosmetic scratches, staining, rust caused by improper care, accidental damage, misuse, or blade chipping caused by improper use, including cutting bones, frozen foods or other unsuitable materials, twisting or prying with the blade, or improper sharpening.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
