Returns & Refunds Policy
At Gastronomic Kitchenware Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or experience a problem with your order, please read our returns and refunds policy below.
UK Returns – Change of Mind
If you purchase from us online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise your right to cancel, please email info@gastronomickitchenware.com within 14 days of receiving your order, clearly stating that you wish to cancel your purchase and including your order number.
Once you have notified us, you must return the goods to us within a further 14 days.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Products should be returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.
You may inspect an item in the same way you reasonably could in a shop. We reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from your refund where the value of an item has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we will process any refund due to you.
Where you validly exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods together with the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where required by law.
If you selected an enhanced or more expensive delivery service, the additional delivery cost is not normally refundable.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:
info@gastronomickitchenware.com
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.
We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
International Orders
We accept orders from customers outside the United Kingdom.
Rights and procedures relating to cancellations and returns may vary depending on the customer’s location and the laws applicable to the purchase.
Where a return is accepted for a non-faulty international order, the customer will generally be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If an international order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at info@gastronomickitchenware.com so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Return Shipping
Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.
Please package products securely. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from unnecessary handling or damage occurring because an item was inadequately packaged for return, to the extent permitted by law.
Exchanges
If you would like a different product, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, the simplest option may be to return the original product and place a new order.
