Gastronomic Kitchenware 28cm 3.5mm Full 3-Ply Stainless Steel Frying Pan
The Versatile Everyday Workhorse
The 28cm Gastronomic Kitchenware 3.5mm Full 3-Ply Stainless Steel Frying Pan gives you the extra cooking space needed for larger portions, family meals and serious searing.
Ideal for 2–4 people, it’s perfectly sized for cooking multiple chicken breasts, large steaks, fish fillets, burgers, vegetables, pasta dishes, pancakes and complete one-pan meals.
With a generous cooking surface and professional-grade construction, this is the pan for when you need more space without compromising heat or control.
The Heavyweight Champion of Your Kitchen
Creating exceptional food starts with exceptional cookware.
Our professional-grade 3.5mm full 3-ply construction delivers outstanding heat retention, even heat distribution and the control needed for serious cooking.
Its substantial construction acts like a thermal battery, helping the pan retain heat when cold food hits the cooking surface. The result is better searing, more consistent cooking and restaurant-quality results from your own kitchen.
The heavy-duty 3.5mm construction also provides excellent stability on the hob and is engineered to withstand repeated high-temperature cooking.
Premium 3-Ply Construction
The pan is constructed from three permanently bonded layers, each selected for a specific purpose.
The interior cooking surface is made from premium 18/10 stainless steel, providing a durable, non-reactive surface with no synthetic non-stick coating.
At the centre is a high-purity aluminium core, providing excellent heat conductivity and distributing heat quickly and evenly throughout the pan.
The hob-facing exterior uses durable 18/8 stainless steel, completing the heavy-duty 3-ply construction.
The result is 3.5mm of professional-grade cookware engineered for performance, durability and control.
Smooth, Rivetless Interior
Traditional stainless steel pans often have exposed rivet heads inside the cooking surface where the handle attaches.
We’ve taken a different approach.
The handle is externally welded to the pan, leaving the interior completely smooth and rivetless.
With no raised rivets interrupting the cooking surface, food and oils have fewer awkward areas to collect around, while spatulas, whisks and cleaning sponges can move freely around the entire pan.
It means easier cooking, easier cleaning and a beautifully seamless interior.
Why Choose Stainless Steel?
Professional kitchens have relied on stainless steel cookware for decades — and for good reason.
No Synthetic Non-Stick CoatingThere’s no coating to scratch, chip or peel away over time. You’re cooking directly on premium 18/10 stainless steel.
Built for High-Heat CookingStainless steel excels at high-temperature cooking, helping you achieve deep golden crusts, caramelisation and beautifully seared meat and fish.
Premium 18/10 Cooking SurfaceDurable and non-reactive, making it suitable for everything from steaks and fish to acidic ingredients such as tomatoes, wine, citrus and vinegar.
Metal-Utensil FriendlyWith no synthetic non-stick coating to damage, the stainless steel cooking surface is suitable for use with metal cooking utensils.
Designed for Long-Term PerformanceWith the correct care, premium stainless steel cookware is designed to provide years of dependable cooking performance.
Why 3.5mm Full 3-Ply Makes the Difference
Exceptional Heat RetentionThe substantial aluminium core stores and distributes heat efficiently, helping minimise temperature drops when cold ingredients are added.
Even Heat DistributionThe full 3-ply construction extends throughout the pan, distributing heat across the cooking surface and through the sidewalls for more consistent cooking from edge to edge.
Excellent Searing PerformanceWhether you’re searing steaks, crisping salmon skin or caramelising vegetables, the substantial construction helps maintain the temperature required to develop exceptional colour and flavour.
Induction Optimised & Warp ResistantThe heavy-duty 3.5mm construction is engineered to withstand repeated heating and cooling while maintaining a stable cooking surface.
Efficient Heat RetentionOnce the pan reaches temperature, its substantial construction retains heat extremely well, allowing you to reduce the hob temperature while maintaining excellent cooking performance.
Rivetless InteriorThe externally welded handle leaves the inside of the pan smooth and uninterrupted, making both cooking and cleaning easier.
