Smooth, Rivetless Interior
Traditional stainless steel pans often have exposed rivet heads inside the cooking surface where the handle attaches.

All Gastronomic Kitchenware stainless steel pans are covered by our 25-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty covers the structural integrity of the pan, including its 3-ply construction and handle attachment, when used and cared for correctly.
It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches or marks, staining or discolouration, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by excessive overheating.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns & Refunds Policy

UK Returns – Change of Mind
If you purchase from us online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, subject to any applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise your right to cancel, please email info@gastronomickitchenware.com within 14 days of receiving your order, clearly stating that you wish to cancel your purchase and including your order number.
Once you have notified us, you must return the goods to us within a further 14 days.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Products should be returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.
You may inspect an item in the same way you reasonably could in a shop. We reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from your refund where the value of an item has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds

Shipping Policy
